Photo requirements

I create my portraits from photographs and for best results the photograph needs to be carefully chosen. The guidelines below will help you identify a suitable photograph.

1: The photo must be clear with no blurs on the subject

2: Face of subject/s to show enough detail

3: The subject/s to be well lit

Ordering you Portrait

Step 1: Make sure that the photos meet the requirements above, then send them either by e-mail to info@sarahmooreportraits.co.uk (scanned pictures) or send original pictures in the post. Please email for postal address.

All original photographs will be returned with the finished portrait.

Step 2: What I will need from you...

An e-mail confirming the following:

• The desired size of the portrait (A4-A2)
• Your contact details (e-mail/telephone/address)

Payment of holding deposit - £20 (cheque made payable to Miss Sarah Moore)

Step 3: Once photos are received and and accepted I will send you an e-mail confirming your order. At this point I can then proceed with your portrait. I aim to have your portrait to you within 2-4 weeks of sending the images to me. This will obviously depend on workload but can work to deadlines where necessary.

Step 4: When the portrait is finished I will send you a copy via e-mail to ensure you are totally satisfied with the final product. I will then send your portrait to you (see postage and packaging on the Prices page) as soon as the final balance has been received. (The final payment will be the total confirmed finished price (cheque only) less £20 holding deposit.)
